President of the United States, Barack Obama sang with Mick Jagger and B.B. King last night when the White House temporarily became a blues club. Jagger held out the mic to Obama and he sang part of “Sweet Home Chicago”, in pretty good tune as well!
Obama said, “sometimes there are downsides to being the president. You can’t just go for a walk, for example. And then there are the times that more than make up for all those frustrations… I guess things even out a little bit”.
Take a look for yourself. Can’t quite imagine David Cameron doing the same…
The blues concert will be part of the “In Performance at the White House” series that will be aired in the U.S. to recognise Black History Month.
